Pakistani actor Tauqeer Nasir has made a shocking revelation about Bollywood King Khan, which might make you laugh. The actor claims that Shah Rukh Khan’s 2006 hit film Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna was copied from his drama Parvaaz. Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna was originally based on the story of Parvaaz written by writer Mustansar Hussain Tarar.

Entertainment Desk | The 2006 film ‘Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna’ is one of the best films of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan which the audience still remembers. At the same time, Tauqeer Nasir, a senior actor of the Pakistani drama industry, has made a claim about Shah Rukh Khan. The actor reportedly said that Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan copied his work in one of his films and did not even give him credit for it.
Nasir recently served as the Director General of the Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA) in Islamabad. He has been awarded several prestigious honours including the Pride of Pakistan, Tamgha-e-Imtiaz and Best Actor. Now, the actor has expressed his disappointment over King Khan not giving him due credit for his contribution.
Angered at not getting credit
In an interview to YouTube channel Jabardast with Wasi Shah, Tauqeer Nasir said that Shah Rukh Khan often praised his work and sent best wishes. However, during this time he praised Shah Rukh Khan. He described Shah Rukh Khan as a talented actor and said that I am angry with him for not getting proper credit for my work.
The scene was taken from a Pakistani drama
He said, Shahrukh’s character in the film ‘Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna‘ was directly copied from his character in the drama ‘Parwaaz’. Even the scene of the injured leg shown in the film was taken from this play. Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna was based on the story of Parwaaz written by Mustansar Hussain Tarar.
The film Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna was released in the year 2006. Along with the story of this film, the songs were also loved by the audience. Apart from Shah Rukh Khan, this film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Rani Mukherjee, Preity Zinta and Kirron Kher.
